What food is low in protein and sodium, high in calories?

I'm struggling to find food to increase my calories each day.
I'm getting to about 800 calories and pretty much maxed out on protein, fat and sodium.
Most of the time I eat either sugar free jam on toast, fat free yoghurt, rice and veg or pasta and veg. I do also have the odd egg to increase the protein.
    Any ideas? Thanks

Great peb, I did think about sweets.
I'm actually quite excited now! I'll just need to hide them from my two boys
    Thanks for posting.

Not sure about haribo, they have jelly or something in them, just stick to the skittles and fox's. maybe someone can chime in and correct me!

Thanks pebmcp6. I'm not keen on Foxs fruits, but will definitely go for Skittles.
Thanks for clarifying, even though I'm disappointed by the 'no Haribo' message

Full sugar pop is a great one.

In the Dream Members section there is a thread called, "Quick Fixes for Diet Disasters" that has a lot of ideas.

Are you getting ANY fat?? you need fat in order to ovulate, please don't cut out fats all together. 25-60 g a day. If you add in fat, you will also increase your calories without even having to try. I would eat your toast with butter or marg. and real jam and switch to yogurt with fat in it (like Brown Cow if you have that where you are) and you'll have increased cals without even having to try. HTH.

Thanks Atomic. Yes I am getting fats in - I had 38g yesterday. I do put some unsalted butter on my toast (I forget little things like that, so I'm probably getting more than I think). Unfortunately, I find it quite easy to get to my daily total for fat! I just don't really eat many 'empty calories', hence why I'm shortfalling only on calories, but meeting the daily amounts on fat/protein/sodium.
I'm 5ft1 and 112lbs at the moment (I've lost about 10lbs in 5 weeks on combination of IG and LE diets).
I'm thinking of doing the Dream Members subscription - thanks for posting. The information on this site is amazing.

Try Morrisons American hard gums sweets and Jelly Beans, they have around 94 cal per 'serving' and no gelatine or fat. They're yummy too! Ooh, or Jelly belly jelly beans.
