It looks like they are 20mg caps.

so it's filled w/ 30mg of other crap?? I found other ones that said 40mg w/ no mention how much was actually soy but they had 150mg of calcium added also. I just can't find good ones. Guess I'll just have to take 5 of these uggg and they are not tiny either. The cheap ones I got from walmart($6 vs $16 for gnc) are a lot smaller too waaaa.

I think mine said they were 150mg, but the actual SI about was 60? The rest was broken down into types of soy, but they weren't the active isoflavones. Yes, the calcium on the others is high if you're going to take more than one a day.

These appear to be 40mg without added calcium or cranberry (which is also a common combo):

Oh yikes. That's 40mg per 5 capsules. Not a good one!

you need to take 5 pills at 20 mg each. You are after the amount of the isoflavones.

No, if it's jsut soy, that's fine. The other stuff is the soybeans or whatever, and then it equals out to have teh 20mg of isoflavones in it.

    Soy Isoflavones 60 mg - 120 VCaps® - Non-GE - NOW Foods
bump this up for other people looking
NOW Foods Soy Isoflavones 120 Vcaps - Swanson Health Products

these look perfect but I'll stick w/ mine since I can't return it and already bought 2 different bottles. These sound perfect though as you could just take 2 for 120mg. Do you remember if they were really big?
