wrong tests on ebay rrrrr

don't wanna say scammed as I just wrote the person but I bought 2 boxes of digital tests. One was perfectly wrapped nib the other box was taped and dented(I knew when I purchased.) Well, the messed up box did not contain digital tests, nor were they the correct brand(hese were plain the other box they said clearblue all over) and the expiration dates didn't match the box(diff. year.)
Pretty upset because it was only a deal for the 2 boxes otherwise I just paid the same amount they cost in the store. Don't know where to go from here, guess we'll see what seller says. In good news, it's CD1!! I know many aren't that excited about that here bu this is only my 2nd after nursing so glad it's coming along even though it was 33 days and 11 day luetal phase. Was being good and taking POAS like Atomic suggest Hope everyone else is having a good day

You can always file a "significantly not as described" complaint on eBay or paypal!! If you need help walking through it, send me an inbox message. I'd give the seller time to respond first though. Please let us know what he says.
And of course, leave negative feedback!!

he offered to refund me and have me ship them back. I said I didn't want to do all that(the tests are still good) and get 1/2 off since it was 1/2 the order that was wrong. He said he gets them from someone else and replied back to me very promptly so just waiting on refund
