Rephresh or Vinegar douche??

I am confused at which would be best for me, while trying to sway for a girl. I had my mind set on using a vinegar douche then DTD and then following up with a lime tampon but now after joining this site, Rephresh has thrown a wrench into my whole plan. Which seems to work better, before each time or using rephresh every 3 days? Can I do both? Or can I use the lime tampon with both methods? My husband is not on board with the diet or checking his ph balance (he wants a girl too he just doesn't believe in all of this) so this is all on me!!!

don't do lime/vinegar with repHresh, pick one or the other.

i think repHresh is much much easier and also better for testosterone levels than douching and maniacally checking pH.

Use RepHresh every 3 days starting after AF till right before your attempt, using the last dose 8-12 hours before.

No, not at all, it works for 3 days after using it. I would say 75% of people couldn't get pg using it 8-12 hours before and had to either drop it or use it 24-48 hours before attempt.

The OP seemed to want a pretty strict sway and for a strict sway it's 8-12 hours before

RepHresh all the way! I agree with atomic, way less stress then douching.

That. So maybe use a 1/2 app closer to your attempt rather than the full amount? The rest of the repHresh I just smeared on me figuring it couldn't hurt

I cant seem to keep my ph down for more than a day with the rephresh! After DTD it always goes up and never comes back down. Am I doing something wrong. Should I scrap the whole rephresh thing and do the douche next time?

You don't ahve to keep your pH down after DTD, only before. The sperm is soon up inside and out of reach of any jellies or douches anyway.

If douche makes you feel better, that's your choice. it may be that your body just doesn't "like" the RepHresh and is trying to wash it away.

But because we are dtd daily don't I have to bring it back down before the next time? And since refresh should be used about 12 hours before DTD I am using it daily, is that a bad thing? I really wanted to use rephresh because it seemed easier. From what I understood it was suposed to remain low for 3 days. I O in 2 days, so I think I'm just going to finish my last 1/2 applicator tonight, and then just be done with it and hope it works because I will cut off tomorrow and then do O+12.

No, it's ok to use it daily when you are DTD every day, as long as you're doing it 8-12 hours in advance.

It is supposed to work for 3 days afterwards but sometimes people respond differently, or it may be that the semen is just diluting it too much.
