So I've been on a diet (not the girl diet yet) for the last 6 weeks, and I've lost at least 18 pounds (official weigh in is tomorrow, might be more now). I was a bit overweight before (according to my BMI), and now I'm barely in the "normal" range. The Wii Fit told me that my ideal weight is to lose another 22 pounds. Should I get to at least that much before going on the girl diet? Is it better to technically be underweight while TTC a girl? I know that my testosterone has gone down (no "one chin hair" since losing weight!) I can also guarantee that I was a little overweight when I conceived both of my boys...I was also eating a LOT of fast food and sodium rich boy diet foods with both.
What do you all think?!?
