On a weight-loss diet but swaying blue, help please! :(

    Hi,

I'm new to this site. I tried searching but haven't found anyone who had a successful blue sway while losing weight. I'm actually on the HCG diet. I eat 500 calories, consisting of protein and fruit/veggie only. My BMI is 30 so wanted to lose weight before I conceived. DH and I are both 27, this will be our first child. I also have mild PCOS, but I'm not insulin-resistant.
I'm still extra salting my food, taking prenatals, folic acid, fish oil, potassium, drinking lemon water, and green tea everyday. I will do BSF and take soy isoflavones, during O week and try to time it properly. I've also been jogging 3-4 times per week. I've been taking these supps since 2 weeks (while I was still on the hcg diet). My hcg diet will finish a week before O (in december). I wanna TTC that month. I will have lost about 20-25 lbs (in a month) by the time I'm due to O. So, my question is that is my sway good otherwise? Is there anyone who had a successful sway while losing weight? I wouldn't mind any gender but just want to try a little harder for the blue. I'll appreciate your replies!

I was swaying blue for 10 months, the first 7 on the HE diet made me put on 14kgs i got fed up with the weight gain and the BFNs so i started to diet and lose weight, for the 3 months leading up to my BFP i was eating about 1200 cals per day but i was making it all count with lots of protein. You can see how my sway ended up here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/add-...ght=cinss+sway

I will find out if my sway was successful when i have my scan on Dec 4th, i have had my NT scan you can see gender guesses here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ultr...week-scan.html

Even though i was losing weight at the time of my BFP i would not recommend it for a boy swayer who desperatly wants a boy, i got to the point where i would have been happy with a girl, i just wanted to be pregnant after 10 months of ttc. If i am lucky enough to be carrying a boy this time i would have to put it down to the fact that i was on the HE for so long, weight training, fish oil and quitting smoking.

Thanks for the reply Cinss. Prior to starting my diet, I was eating pretty boy-ish diet as well, without knowing it as I didn't know anything about swaying. I saw your US pics, it definitely looks like a boy, congrats!!! Hopefully, I can have a boy with all this hardcore dieting too
