I'd got with boy. The potty shot looks boyish and the angle of the nub is upwards and not flat.

Does anyone know much about the skull theory, I've only just seen it on other posts. does it look like a boy skull to anyone

Yes i think the skull is boyish too, see how the forehead is kind of flat looking, where girly skulls are really rounded.
