RepHresh Clean Balance - Homepage
What you think about doing this 2 to 3 days before O? Do you think it will work better then just plan ole rePHresh? Since it has a douche with it that you do first that supposed to clean out the chemicals pollutants etc and then you do the gel insert, do you think it will help my girl sway better? Thanks

Since it's all prepackaged and stuff, it might be worth a try (the stress of mixing douches won't raise T). The reason I don't like douche + RepHresh usually, is that the low pH of lime/vinegar could cause pH to spike, but this douche seems to be formulated to work with the RepHresh.

I got a really light positive on the 19th with fmu but nothing yesterday or today with fmu, so frustrating, i had a horrible month of acne too, i never ever get acne, i mean it was all over me, i had some on my back, neck, all over face, this only happens when i am pregnant, anyway af is due Sunday, oh well on to next month
The repHresh pkg had a bottle of douche and then a gel stick thingy, so all I had to do was take plastic wrap off and it was ready to go all I had to do was poke and squeeze bottle lol then it was a normal repHresh gel stick you did right after, it was so easy, I did it in the morning and just set my phone alarm so no thinking or planning just when my alarm went off and said "repHresh" I had named the alarm lol so I wasn't stressing on what day to do or worrying I would forget , so it worked out great think I will do it again next month, even though I was hoping for a Christmas BFP oh well (dh sperm looking better he off antibiotics now (for prostatis) so hopefully sperm will get better so we can make a baby lol)Last edited by XXdreaming; December 21st, 2012 at 01:39 PM.

well was about 4 days late on cycle last month(maybe becuase of the weird positive I got) but ovulated on cd12 this month which is early for me, normally ovulate on cd15 and have 30day cycle, anyways bought the rephresh clean balance kit again and did it on cd10 (because I noticed my body gearing up for ovulation) and good thing because I Oed on cd12, it is now cd23 and plan on testing cd 25 (which is 13dpo) so hoping that the rephresh and rephresh douche doesnt kill to much sperm off lol
