Ok I am an Australian, we have many types of bread. I saw Bagels at our Costco the other day I wanted to buy some to try but I have no idea what you do with it! Do you just do what you would do to a sandwich or is it more pizza like? Do you toast them fist heat them up or is it a all of the above type thing. Also are they nice?
Thanks![]()

You can put Philadelphia (cream cheese) on them either alone or with pepper ring/tomato
Vegemite
My husband and I like them with a scrambled egg and butter and cheese (which you CAN do on LE Diet, just use egg white and only have 1/2 a bagel.
Some people toast them, whereas I prefer mine heated for 30 sec. in the microwave!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Mmm, bagels.
I love mine toasted with cream cheese. Yum. And the best is bagel benedict (with bagel in place of the usual english muffin) or Lox on bagel which is cream cheese on the bagel, then smoked salmon, red onion, and capers.
Drooooool. Man, I think I know what I want for my next cheat meal!Me (38) and DH (38)

You can toast them and put cream cheese on them, heat them up in the microwave, or make a sandwich out of them. Pretty much anything goes with them. They have sweet bagels, like chocolate chip or cinnamon raison all the way to the everything bagel with well, everything, oniony and spice. I love bagels!

You guys are such enablers!! I had a package of smoked salmon in the freezer and stupid AF was hammering at the door last night, so what the heck. Dinner was smoked salmon/cream cheese/capers on a toasted bagel, topped with two poached eggs and with a side of onion rings.
Yum!! If you're gonna cheat, cheat big, right?Me (38) and DH (38)

Depends what one you get. Here in The UK we have tons of flavours - at the moment i have onion and poppy seed ones and i just slice them and fill with cheese, ham, mayo, salad etc and eat like a sandwich bt they are also nice with cream cheese and salmon or toasted with philladelphia on.
