Would this diet work for a pink sway?

It would involve lower carb natural carbs like fruit would be ok and low protien I would make sure and eat enough calories a day but I think this diet would work better for me to lose weight but I'm not sure if the high amount of veggies could accidentally sway blue... would this diet be ok or do I need to stick with the high carb? Thank you in advance for your help!

I think you're describing the pink swaying diet for those with PCOS or insulin resistance (provided it's low fat too)
any low fat low protein vegetarian diet will definitely sway pink even if it is higher in nutrients

Yes that's fine and is what I recommend for people who have PCOS or have trouble regulating blood sugar.

You literally would have to eat a mountain of broccoli before you get the amount of nutrients in a Big Mac fries and a choc shake!!

On this diet what should the fat, calorie, and protein limits be?

Cals should stay the same, 1500-1800

up protein slightly to 50-60 g

Eat slightly higher fat, so instead of getting 20% cals from fat, aim for 30% cals from fat (amount will vary depending on how many cals you're eating)

You'll get less cals from carbs, more from protein and fat, so it all comes out even in the end.
