That's interesting to read especially as I was prescribed aspirin every day with ds2 from week 6 until week 34 to prevent severe pre-term pre-eclampsia. It certainly did the job, but now I'll be hesitant when I do eventually get pg again!

well, it would make sense... if it improves the lining (which we know it does by improving the blood flow to the uterus/thinning hte blood) that would suggest that some eggs that otherwise wouldn't be healthy enough to implant might be able to so you might expect a very small increase in chemicals

It's about 63 women out of over 4600 that had miscarriages and the reasons they took aspirin are unknown. There could be any number of reasons they had losses. 63 women is not enough to really make a broad generalization IMO.
