That's a pretty good vitamin overall, but you'll need more folic acid to equal 2000 mcg (ug)
I would like to see you add in a fish oil or other DHA supp as well.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

This is what my krill oil + fish oil has in it I hope it's ok and my folic acid is a 500mcg how many tablet is do I take of this one for total amount to be right ImageUploadedByTapatalk1358207856.294798.jpg

Great on the fish/krill oil. For blue, aim for 2000 - 2500 mcg of FA..so you'll need to add 1200+

one or two both effective, two may be a bit better but may cause bruising and bleeding.
