Anyone getting this on le diet/supps? It's actually more a burning at back of my throat I guess than acid reflux.,,

I get it too. I've been on the diet for almost 4 weeks now and just started to get the burning at the back of my throat too. I figure it's my body becoming acidic, so it kinda made me happy, lol.
Praying for a 2013

It's weird cos I've only been on supps say 3/4 days and still playing/getting use to le diet
I go to bed and wake up with this burning feeling. Wonder if it's the vitex?!

acid reflux can be normal when diet is changing but sudden new things when starting a new supp are concerning. May be allergy stop taking and see if it improves

Hmm what I've started taking pretty much all at once is vitex folic acid and met. Taken last 2 in past but never taken folic acid to this level only ever in a prenatal before. What should I drop?
