My friend does not believe its a boy she said she thinks its the cord thats in the way. The US was taken when she was 18 wks and 5 days she is suppose to have another one at 30 wks so she still have a few wks left. It looks like a boy to me b/c there are not 3 lines any where at the end of the "penis" but I am no expert.

It's not cord. It's a penis. Cord looks like 3 lines floating away from the body Not a solid mass.

thanks everyone yes she is in denial I think b/c she wanted a girl she has 2 boys already and they were trying again for a girl.
