Changes in CM with supps... Maybe TMI!

Just looking for similar experiences or if I am just over analysing everything (very possible!)
It's my first cycle on SP and vitex and I've noticed that at this point in my cycle where it would usually be wet/creamy I now have something new, like really thick EwCm... Same stretch as EwCm, but really thick and cream. Totally rank, sorry, but just wondering if this is my supps or diet or if I'm just a freak. I don't usually have fertile cm until a week before O, shouldn't be for another week or so :/

The girl supps and diet tend to dry up your CM. Clumpy usually means drier (less liquidy). Sounds like the supps and diet are doing their job

Tis is another practice cycle, I want to see how my cycle/cm behaves then next month try the anti histamines (if needed) to see what difference there is.

I had thicker CM than normal when I got DD. Still had quite a lot, it was just more like lotion, altho stretchy.

PS - thanks for letting us know about this stuff, I know it's weird to discuss but it's invaluable info

Haha no worries! I'm guessing I'm not the only one who's going to be a *bit* obsessive about every detail

So happy to hear that Atomic. I normally have loads of ewcm but since starting the diet and drinking aspartame I am usually dry but occasionally will get a big bunch of very thick stuff that is still kinda stretchy. I thought it would still be classified as ewcm so was worried but glad to know that it still can make a girl.

I have since ovulated, and where I usually have a week of EwCm, I got two days of watery cm, very little indeed so something's working!
