    Trying to decide cutoff???

Before joining I was going to start out at a 4 day cutoff a few times and then work my way closer bc I had just read the Shettles Method book. But now Im realizing its more about ph, etc. But I have read that the closer to O the more alkaline so I was wondering if I should still do a cutoff and then Rephresh to try and keep my ph low. But Im scared that if I do too far out that I cant keep my ph down and when O happens it will be too late..does that make sense? I could really use some advice Please! Thank you thank you

I think you need to read both the following essays before deciding anything.

My advice is, to have an attempt when you've got a decent chance of pregnancy and worry more about sperm count and CM, plus follow a good sway diet. The rest of the stuff doesn't work and only adds stress to your life, the exact kind of stress that will send your T levels skyrocketing and may inadvertently sway blue.

I got 3 of my 4 boys with cutoffs, one was at least 4 days (not sure about the other boy, he was a sneak attack) and got my 4th boy with a pH of 4.5 that I was testing 2-3 times a day and never varied.

wow this is all so interesting! thank you! i wonder if having an abundance of ewcm swayed my two boys? =)

i am planning on taking zyrtec. since i seriously need to dry up before my attempt (sorry, tmi) haha how long before should i take zyrtec?

also you mentioned having a very boy diet when conceiving one of your boys..what were the main things you were eating/drinking at that time?
