How long does it take for real hunger pangs to kick in??

I've been swaying like a maniac for ages, got off the supplements apart from aspirin & vitex. I ditched the cranberry because I got really bad bruising. My donor is 40 and my last one (only one with him) was a girl and I think last time I had a brew and didn't eat for about 5 hours (about 2 after donation). I didn't know low blood sugar swayed then though. I changed my diet though this time because I couldn't cope with IG diet because I've been trying for about 5/6 months now and that's too long to stick to a severely restricted diet. I'm doing LE at around 1200-1300 cals. Lost a bit of weight. Not holding back on the vodka!

So I've not had anything to eat for 2 1/2 hours and really don't want to screw up my sway with a high blood sugar. How long are we talking before real hunger pangs start to occur??

It's not that I wouldn't love a healthy baby of any gender as my 2 have passed away but I think it would be extra special if I had a little princess. I suppose all I ask for is a healthy little girl. Sure I'd love loads of kids but I'd be grateful for just a healthy daughter! Then I'm done with swaying I think!

I would drink diet coke whenever I felt the hunger pangs and that helped A LOT! If you go to the thread of girl moms- how we got our girls- I found quite a few drank that so it didn't worry me about caffeine. Also after a few months on the diet and feeling horrible I finally joined this sight as a member and got access to the LE diet pages. I found that to be invaluable- it gave me so much more that I could eat and really got me to stay on the diet. Yes the info is out there for free on what not to and to eat and I had scoured that and thought I knew everything. The member section gives you so many more ideas and breaks things down by calories and just really worth it to me. I felt full more often after I added a few of the suggestions and even enjoyed food again.

It varies depending on what you have had to eat earlier in the day. Some foods stick to the ribs more than others do.

If you're hungry, go ahead and have a light snack. Just don't have a giant holiday-style dinner.

so sorry to read about your babies.
