Have fallen off the diet wagon-how bad is it?

I didn't know where I was in my cycle at all but AF has arrived! Im really exited as now I can ttc properly. I have been on a restricted diet for some time but the last week or so have had lots of cheats mainly sweet things(mostly choc). I think because I was premenstrual and didn't know it!

Im going to be strict now is this still a good sway for next month?

I really want to be in with a good chance?

    Thanks x

I know what you mean 2swtlads!! Im not on AF right as I O'd a couple days ago but now Im finding it hard to stick to the diet. I keep trying to stay focused during the 2ww especially, but its been hard and Im wanting to eat a little more. Im trying my best though! Im usually alot hungrier around AF, so I hav no idea where this kick came from! Thats me too, I usually want something sweet, except last night I had made BBQ pork chops for my family and I just wanted to grab one and tear it up!!! Lol And I did but only 1/2 of one! It gets hard after a while but weve gotta keep our eye on the prize, right!?!

I think that sweet cheats are a lot better than protein cheats!!!

PS - P4P, if you gotta cheat, it's way better to eat only 1/2 of a pork chop than a whole one!

I think you guys are both still good to go. IT"s the overall pattern of eating you have to watch out for, not one moment of weakness here or there. Good luck and stay strong!!!
