If I use RepHresh every 3 days starting right after AF....

I am doing parts of the diet, but it seems like you have to do most parts of the diet for it to work. If I use RepHresh every 3 days, starting after AF, do you think it would keep my pH low enough? My attempt is in 10 days so I will do one today and every 3 days from now, through O. I am doing a 2 day cutoff and don't know if this will kill all the swimmers. TIA

Chunky Monkey, I too used the Rephresh! But I only used it that week of O and it kept my pH down great!!! The only time it got above 4 was right after BD, and it only got 5-6, so I added just a little touch more. I was worried too that maybe I shouldnt have added more because I didnt want to kill my swimmers, but it was the only jelly I used and I didnt jump and dump, so I wanted to kill SOME of them! I dont test until sometime next week so I dont know yet if I killed them all off or not!! But the rephresh does work really well at keeping pH down! I was aiming for a 2 day cutoff but ended up with 1-1.5 days!

Oh good! I don't know if I should try a 2 or 3 day cutoff. I really want to get pregnant this month! When you added more Rephresh after BD, how long did it take for your pH to go back down to a 4? I'll keep an eye out for your results next week. Good luck!!!

It was pretty quickly, I want to say I checked it about 15 minutes later and it was back down! Have you tried it and checked your pH? And then I kept checking it throughout the day and it was fine!!

No, I don't have a monitor to check my ph

You dont HAVE to buy a dig monitor, you can just get the strips like the ones you would pee on. Thats what Im using! I didnt want to spend the money on one of those monitors! You just have to make sure the pH of the strips goes low enough, mine start at 0.

Good Luck ladies with your sways. RePHresh sounds really effective and i am in two minds whether to use it as part of my sway. I have currently been testing Acijel out and it seems to keep my ph low, however i like that rephresh is supposed to reduce the ph of everything it comes in to contact with -such as semen.

Praying4princess can i just ask when you said your ph went up to 5-6 after bd was that imediately after bd? Do you think that was the ph of both cm and semen mixed? Thanks

I was writing down everything that day, and I wrote that it was about 30 min after DTD that it was 5-6ish! Thats when I added just a touch more! I was scared about killing all my spermies, but it freaked me out going up!!! Lol But it was the only jelly I used and I didnt jump and dump so it was okay that it killed alot of them.

Thanks for the suggestion! Where did you get the strips? My attempt is in 10 days. Since we are going for a cutoff, I am going to use rephresh the day of my attempt, which will be 2 or 3 days before O, and as soon as I wake up on O day. With the cutoff, I don't think I will JND either. Deciding the details is not easy!
