Releasing during AF-O

Hello ladies,

After some clarity please:

When you say DH to release 2 - 4 days from AF - O does DH release inside me or does he ejaculate outside of me? Obviously following first OKP+ he would release in me 3 times within 24 hrs of the OKP+.

ideally outside as that is best swaywise (the 'hit and run' one off dtd sways girl and exposure to seman may sway blue) however if for relations with dhinside you is the best policy go with that you're still reducing sperm count which is the point

For blue, I believe it's best if he releases inside you. Regular exposure to the hormones in his semen may sway blue for reasons we do not know.

Some people don't like to do this, however, because it could mean that you could get pg from sperm that were deposited outside of "Shettles timing"...but the science does not support Shettles timing anyway.

It is up to you of course, but my personal belief is that BD unprotected every 2-4 days, with him finishing inside you, and then 3-5 attempts at or around pos OPK it best for blue.
