    soy & ttc girl

    Can i give my husband soy isaflavones to raise his estrogen ? ( combines with cran & liqourence root)

    DS1 2010
    DS2 2012
    DS3 January 2020 - endometriosis - DH low motility

    Due Date 23.08.2021

    I would think that giving DH soy would be a great idea. For you though, personally I'd avoid it like the plague. I'm a vegetarian but I cut all soy products out of my diet for my sway months before ttc. Good luck!

    In the cycle I conceived I used soy milk (the diet version), about 250 - 500 ml every day. The previous cycle I used soy isoflavones (capsules)
