For some reason breakfast is my hardest meal to figure out for ttc blue, what was your standard pre girl sway breakfast? TIA.
Oh and in the spirit of sharing I was a 2 egg white 1 whole and a single serving of Kashi Vanilla hot cereal or Special K. I rarely skipped but I never ate more then 300-400 cals and always weighed/measured my quantities to religiously tracking my calories. Pink dust for you all![]()

i normally eat a bagel and cream cheese, or english muffin with cheese and veggie sausage, cereal, oatmeal, or grits with toast and fried potatoes. always apple or orange juice with it. i eat a lot of small meals all time though and thats what's been really hard for me to break while swaying.

I always have a large glass of juice with 2 slices of multigrain toast with marmite (it's very salty)

3pink Same here I have no clue what to eat ( don't even like breakfast) so I eat bagel with ham, or egg with bacon, egg with potato , some dry fruit with nuts...just don't know what else to eat??
Got some special K with cinnamon -pecan and another K with multi grain oat& honey. Is this good for cereal to eat? I read somewhere that not all cereals are good for ttc blue...but what is the best?
Also I don't want to eat much milk what else can we mix? (some1 said almond milk is that ok?)
Do you know when actually we have to eat breakfast?? Like how some after wake up? I have so much to do on the morning I can only eat after an hour or sometimes 2 after I waked up!

hmmm seems like the common consensus here is carbs with a touch of protein (milk in the cereal, marmite, etc) or no protein at all.
Come on I want more info from more ladies!!Chloe 3/1/2002,

Jen, I'm sorry for writing this in the wrong place, I know you don't need the answers from blue swayers lol! I just wanted to help Flava about cereals, here's the thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...-while-ttc-boy
Also here is the advice about how and when to eat our meals, it seems we should be snacking something throughout the day

Interesting Q Jen! I've been doing 2 whole eggs, 1 slice of toast with butter and salt, 2 slices of bacon, and some form of fruit, either a melon or banana usually. And I drink coffee with a bit of milk and agave.
When I got pg with my girls I would eat Kashi cereal, usually Golean Crunch. I also loved having a big bowl of yogurt with dry, rolled oats, honey, a handful of nuts and some berries. My protein when I got pg with my ladies was usually in the form of dairy, or beans/quinoa, or veggie burgers ... I would go days w/o meat.
I am super curious to see more answers to this question too!
