Hi Everyone,
I am currently in the 2WW and am about 3DPO. I have been taking Folic Acid and a baby aspirin to help with implantation (please let me know if this is correct). I wasn't sure if I should be taking any other supplements / vitamins to help. I also read that some people eat a handful of Brazil nuts to help implantation. Is this OK or not? I am still on the diet right now (I was doing the IG diet) but wasn't sure if there are foods I should be avoiding or trying to incorporate more of during this time. Thanks in advance for any help!

2WW Question about Supplements / Food

I personally would not load up on Brazil nuts during the 2WW, they are loaded with nutrients and then your body can use those next month, if you get BFN this month. There are no magic foods that help or hinder implantation really - even though you can read about this food or that it's really doubtful any of them hlelp much. I would try to keep blood sugar on the low side by skipping breakfast and avoiding snacks if you can
Continue higher dose folic throughouyt the first trimester of pregnancy at which point you can gradually wean off.
Continue aspirin till BFP then gradually wean off.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
