    alkaline, potassium, testosterone diets

    i know that IG compared all these diets but does anyone have a good resource of all these diets that coincide with the boy diet? samples? site? just curious

    I think there are links to them in the IG FAQ but seriously, there are tons of sites out there that give advice on those style of diets, for health or bodybuilding purposes.. To my knowledge, only IG, the other IG spinoff site (can't rem. the name) and this site are the only sites that take those diets and use them to sway gender.
