I am breastfeeding have have had 2 cycles since I became fertile again. My cycles have been 30 days long and I have ovulated on day 21 and had a luteal phase of 9 days.
Is this caused by breastfeeding, and will it sort itself out or is there something I can do to help?

Yes that is caused by BF and while there are things that some recommend to "fix" it, I have found that in most cases, these things work in 3 months or else you can do nothing and in 3 months, your body has corrected it anyway.
The one thing you need to be sure of is that you are getting at least SOME good fat every day - a little butter, a full fat yogurt, or an egg. This will help your body fix the situation.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

it takes very little fat BTW - you don't need to go overboard on that.
