32 weeks today - how much raspberry leaf tea ?

Im not even sure it works as Ive used it every pregnancy and it doesnt seems to have worked but as i got 120 tea bags at a bargain price of £5 i figured ill try it again but how much should i drink - should i start on 1 cup a day ? I heard you can have about 4 a day but is that as early as 32 weeks or more from 37 weeks ?

I would start at one or 2 and work your way up ... I thank that tea for my super fast labours

I started around 32/33 weeks each time and took one a day for a week, building up to 3 a day. I've had super fast 2nd stages each time (12 mins first time, 5 mins second time) and I think it's down to that!

I've bought the capsules when do you think the earliest we can start is I was planning 10 July (after consultant scan) but I'll only be 31 weeks is that too early?!?

I took 2, 3 times a day first labour 25 hours second 3 ;/) worth a try I've got evening promise oil too this time!
