Calcium, magnesium, vitamin c?

Can someone explain to me what the reasoning behind these are?? I see posts and sways posted everywhere that people are taking these but I can't figure out why or if I should take them or not?

Thanks. I feel like I read that bottom one before but missed the part about vitamin C? Or I just forgot lol.

The other thing I wanted to know about was B6. I feel confused reading about all these vitamins and nutrients people take for swaying girl, and I thought we are not supposed to be taking any besides folic acid...swaying is so confusing. :/
