What kind of breakfast cereal works best

Ive seen the study that says to eat breakfast cereal to concieve boy, but exactly what kind of cerel are they talking about? I would think they arent reffering to peanut butter crunch or anything like that. Ten again i could be wrong. So those who have used this technique in their sway, what kind did u eat and did it work?

I have 4 sons, 3 of which back to back. We eat frosted mini wheats, fruit loops and cinnamon toast crunch, raisin bran. I don't know if that influenced why I have so many sons. But that is what my breakfast menu was.

All breakfast cereals, even peanut butter crunch, can sway blue because they're highly fortified with vitamins. But your best bet are healthy cereals with full fat dairy (milk or yogurt, you don't need to use cream) on top. Granola, Wheaties, Raisin Bran, and so on. That way you are getting protein + carbs for breakfast and that sways blue.

UNDER no circumstances should anyone eat the IG boy breakfast of "rice krispies with non dairy creamer" because that is pretty much the worst possible thing you could eat for a boy. You're better off eating nothing than eating that.

I would also have you avoid the types of high protein cereals that get their protein from soy rather than from grains and nuts. (Kashi among others) Soy protein may sway pink to some extent and it's best to get your protein from "real" foods.

I have two boys and I was a huge cereal eater. Mainly, frosted flakes, froot loops, Cheerios and Reese's puffs. All with 2% milk.

Mmm I can eat breakfast again! Haha, I used to have cornflakes or bra flakes with added dried fruits, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, all organic. That's gotta be some hardcore boy sway brekkie!
