My friend has just had a failed ivf, shes really upset understandably (theyve been trying for nearly 4years) and shes asked about anything thats meant to help implantation.
They had some embryos frozen so they will hopefully just got straight to transfer this time.
Any help or ideas would be brilliant, thanks in advance.

There's many reasons for IVF not to work unfortunately. If she didn't test the embryos with PGD they may have been chromosonally abnormal.
Things we do to aid implantation are just suggestions and things we've had luck with and usually deal with increasing blood flow. I ate cayenne pepper on food the week of transfer because its effect is immediate upon consumption. Pineapple core is said to help. Warm liquids...those are the things we try to do.
FETs are much easier on the body and may very well be what she needs to find success. She won't have all the stimulation Meds in her for that which can help.

garlic, curry, walnuts are also things that are supposed to help, but I agree with NBP that it's probably going to go better with FET anyway.

Pineapple core contains bromelain which apparently helps. A fresh pineapple cut into 5 pieces then you eat one piece of the core for 5 days after ovulation/transfer. It's nasty trying to eat it as you're chewing for about 3 weeks haha! I have no idea if it's actually true, but the cycle I tried it I got my bfp so I figure it can't hurt!
