they are great, I do not think you guys should drink the green one more than 1-2 x a week because not enough is known about safety of the seaweeds in the long term.

I love the green machine one but limit myself to 1 or 2 a month.

I was planning on having a glass with breakfast during the af-o time frame. I don't think I could handle that heavy of a juice more than 2x a week

    Hi Prince,
Also check out the ingredients on the protein one. I looked at a protein smoothie last month (I don't remember which one it was though) and the protein was a soy protein which isn't great for us. Food for thought!

I had no idea! Glad I didn't buy it! I have been avoiding soy like the plague!

Yes that's true, the protein shakes all have soy protein (and are not too tasty either IMO.) Good catch, thanks!

Back when I conceived DS and ate a much healthier diet and lived a much healthier lifestyle overall, I would have answered your question by looking into the camera and saying: "I don't always drink juice, but when I do, I prefer a very healthy one like Naked Juice." I used to like Jamba Juice too (especially their wheatgrass shots) with a chaser of OJ. I'm not sure if wheatgrass is good for swaying blue though, but to get back to your question I would have chose a juice like naked juice over most other choices back when I conceived my son.

Odwalla makes yummy ones too. I used to drink the strawberry monster all the time. They're super healthy.
