Argh! Will my exercise sway blue??

I am starting gym classes. I thought all exercise was good even if I couldn't do it 7 days a week and for an hour each day.

    My routine will be

    Mon-45 mins class
    Tue - 45 mins class
    Wed - 30 mins class
    Thurs - nothing
    Fri - nothing
    Sat - possible bike ride
    Sun - possible bike ride

Am I going to raise testosterone and sway blue? x

if you're not gaining muscle you should be fine, but I'd still try and make sure you do it 5 days a week at minimum, and anything more than 45mins a time is a bonus
what gym class are you doing?

I'm not sure why this is locked but just letting you know, it is locked and I don't think anyone who isn't a forum leader can answer it!!

It's not ideal, but if you are losing a fair bit of weight on a lower protein diet, some people have gotten away with that amount of exercise. My thinking is that if you really can't do the "full monty" with exercise, it's better to keep the 60 min. and reduce the number of days - so if there was any way to do 60 min. 5 days a week, that may be a good compromise.
