Hi everyone.

so my husband and I decided tonight that we are going to give our sway an initial try this month! yikes! I should ovulate around the 30/31...my diet isn't perfect but I've been eating low cal for some time, dropped a ton of muscle and have been eating 80% vegetarian about 5 months. I'll watch the salt even more closely from here on out. I NEVER use salt just have to watch it in everyday foods and when we go out to eat.

Bought my rePHresh and will use it once my period ends in a day or two up until and after my attempt (inserting every 3 days, before attempt, and 1 hour after).

Bought Zyrtec today. Wondering if this is as good as pseudoephedrine? I plan on using a day or two before attempt (I am doing 10+abstinence with hopefully 3 day cut off) through confirmed ovulation. Should I use Zyrtec? does it work on getting rid of the EWCM?? Thanks and wish me luck!! I'm totally scared!!

it helps a lot! I still get some...but I did with any medication I took. I think you can take zyrtec and benedryl together so if you notice more, just use the benedryl too. Good luck!

This looks like a fantastic attempt to me!

Zyrtec has always made me very very dry and it is much safer than the pseudo-e (plus you don't have to ask the pharmacist to get it for you because it's legal!!)

Yes, you can take both Zyrtec and Benadryl together because they act on different parts of the body. (This was confirmed by my son's allergist, another doctor, and a pharmacist)
