First I would like to say I've spent hours on this site. It's filled with great information. I'm delighted to see that most, if not all questions are answered!
My question is I want to conceive a son, I'm trying to raise my CM ph by eating potassium rich foods and drinking tons of lemon water and orange juice. I tested my CM yesterday CD13 at 4:45pm and it was acidic. The PH strip didn't change color that much. Later that same day, I tested CM ph again at 9:30pm and this time, it changed color and I think it was around a 7.5, has this happened to anyone?
I'm thinking to take a green superfood supplement as a backup. I have attached a picture. It has a complete blend of over 30 alkalizing forming foods. What do you all think?

I used a greens mix with my last blue sway but not for ph reasons as I'm sure ph isn't a reliable factor
I used it for the great nutritional boost it was giving me, and I could feel the effects each time after taking it
The only problem we found with the green mixes was the inclusion of the algae's (spirulina)which if you have a quick google can have side effects, so aren't fully recommended for safety reasons, they possibly have a link with the onset of motor neurons disease, I know its known as something else in the US. But just a wheatgrass and multi grass supplement is a definite recommendation

ok I have a couple concerns about this supplement.
Firstly the spirulina which ELP already mentioned. But there are also some other things in there that in concentrated forms, we really don't know HOW they sway. Some people have played around with highly concentrated forms of cabbage and broccoli to lower testosterone, and so when I see broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprout etc I worry that they could reduce testosterone when taken in supplemental strenght.
alfalfa is another thing that we don't know how it affects swaying, evidence points in both directions and it is not a safe supp IMO for those TTC.
it also has inulin, which is fiber. we use fiber as a pink sway supp. It sucks up fat and fat soluble vitamins that may sway blue and that's not good for yoru sway.
Re the pH, all kinds of screwy things happen with pH. Personally, after I got a boy with pH of 4.5 that I was testing 2-3 times a day for weeks, I don't really believe in pH for swaying any more and you can read more about the science involving pH here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ph-pickle.html!!!
