A couple of questions I need answered please

Can I start vitex after af has finished? I've also just finished antibiotics for a sinus infection or should I wait for next months af and start on the first day? and the next question is I'm from Melbourne Australia and we don't have crystal light here so I tried to look for tang at the supermarkets but I can't find it, not at Coles or Safeway could anybody help? Thank you

You're swaying pink, correct? Because you were on antibiotics it's prob. best for you to take Vitex every day this month (so take it in the 2 weeks after O as well), not making an attempt this month but continuing vitex next month from AF-O only, then stop it at O and TTC. That way you get more benefits from the Vitex and you're also further out from the antibiotics.

I have heard that they have some sort of aspartame drink at the Australian version of WalMart as well or you can order it online. It's also ok to make your own by mixing KoolAid powder with Equal packets until it tastes good to you.

Hi Belle,
I am from Australia too and i got my crystal light off ebay from the USA. I had no problems getting it and i just mix it with water in a pump bottle.

Coles has a premix drink similar to tang, powdered firm, cant remember the name, but its in a silver packet.
