Breast engorgement at 15 weeks?

OMG! My boobs are so very sore and have went up two cup sizes already. I started at an A and went to a C. By the end of my previous pregnancies I was at a DD . However, this time my boobs are far more sore and even have a firmness to them like they did when my milk first came in with my boys. They are also leaking like crazy and I have to clean them with lanolin wipes a few times a day. Has anyone else had this happen in their 3rd pregnancy? I swear my boobs feel like they are way to excited to start nursing again and are getting a little ahead of themselves.

Also does anyone have any tips to make them hurt less? I am thinking of getting some of those thermal gel pads and freezing them to see if they will help. My boobs feel so warm all the time (like I have mastitis) so maybe cooling them down a bit might help?

The thermal gel pads should help. Also keep in mind that it is possible to get mastitis while pregnant so keep an eye out for symptoms if you're engorged.

I have friends who were like this in pregnancy and then had a huge milk supply once bubs was born, hope it settles down for you though.

Thanks for the reply. I over produced big time with my last two so I'm hoping it settles down. I think I'll bring it up to my doctor at my next appointment ...I hope it isn't mastitis.
