This has always been one of my fall backs for some crazy reason. Most people might think it's sort of gross, but I've always been a fan. Anyhoo, I just read the nutrition label and found that Campbell's Spaghettios with Meatballs seem to be great for the boy diet.
In a single can, which is technically 2 servings, but I eat the whole thing, you get the folowing:
Calories: 420
Protein: 20g
Potassium: 1260mg
Sodium: 1200mg - this is a lot because it's a canned good, but some sodium is not a bad thing on HE
Plus it counts as one serving of veggies too!
Anyway, just wanted to share, as it's something easy to keep on hand and grab if you are short on time for a quick meal :-)

I'm just throwing this out there, and no I'm not some sort of lunatic naysayer of campbell's, but it is a fact that they use BPA to line the cans and their canned goods are FULL of preservatives and GMOs.
I used to love the stuff as a kid thoughSept 2008 & successful boy sway

I can see both sides, I do think it can be a good quick food for boy diet as a now and then thing but at the same time also think real foods are best for blue.
I also have always had Spaghettios or Raviolis as the occasional comfort food at times thru the years and gotten boys doing that - but not a whole diet. Which I know that's not what you're saying, but just a preemptive strike against anyone who suddenly thinks an all Franco-American Diet is a good way to get a boy - prob. not much better than the "ramen, bacon, and non-dairy creamer" diets that they have for boys on some of the sway sites!!!!
