Okay, so I believe the advice on here is to eat two larger meals a day and not snack. However, I read that snacking actually helps one to lose weight. Is it better to snack a little, or is it better to let your body go to starvation mode even though you might not lose that much weight?
Also, how many calories a day should we try to limit ourselves to? I know that we are all different weights, but what is a good range?

1500-1800 cals is best and is also in line with what the Oxford study found.
I think it's best to stick to the 2-3 meals a day because it's not just about losing weight, it's also about keeping your blood sugar levels low for as many hours out of the day as you can.
