    Really quick question..

    What's the recommended daily dose for folic acid when swaying pink?

    I believe it's 1200-1600mg taken over the course of a day.

    1200-1600 mcg (that's MICROGRAMS) broken into smaller doses and taken several times over the course of the day.

    If history of miscarriage or over 35, you may want to bump up to 2000

    If history of neural tube defect or over 40 you may want to bump up to 4000
