    way of collecting CM

I don't have much CM at the moment, and using my fingers (sorry!) I can hardly get any out
I was wondering if I could use a sterile syringe to get a bit out from near (not in) the cervix? this would also prevent the sample from getting contaminated with other CM nearer to the outside

    anyone else tried this?

I also have very little CM, was convinced I was going to O late this month since I´m so dry and it´s CD11 (I usually O on CD12).
Then I put a lady cup inside this evening for a couple of hours, when I took it out there was EWCM in it!
I would have totally missed that without the lady cup!

No never tried one of those cups. I know it sounds silly but I'd be scared to lose it in there! I avoid tampons for the same reason (sorry!)

I managed to get a sample with the syringe and that had a pH of just above 5... should I take more cranberry? Just taking one a day so far equivalent to 5000mg
