Can you have high test AND be estrogen dominant at the same time???

I just read the testosterone sticky about symptoms, and it seems I have most of them (oily skin, few hairs on big toe and nipple etc), although I have been this way since puberty (and I am now in my mid thirties lol).
But I also started showing signs of estrogen dominance a few months ago...at the same time my libido has decreased a LOT Sad but does this mean my test is going down? I have been trying to balance my hormones with fish oil and most of the estrogen dom symptoms I was having have disappeared.
Am I just a hormonal mess lol? What do I need to do- help!!!!

I believe you can, as estrogen dominance only means you have not enough progesterone, and doesn't imply anything about testosterone levels. All estrogen dominance means is more estrogen relative to progesterone.

I really wouldn't assume anything about your hormone levels based on physical symptoms, as the ones you mentioned can have genetic and dietary causes. It could be that a poor balance of fatty acids was causing issues for you, not anything to do with hormones. The fact that you have 3 children suggests to me that you are far from a hormonal mess as clearly you are fertile.

    Just my 2c!

Estrogen dominance is not a condition that is recognized by medical professionals as being real. I'm not saying it is or isn't, just that for NOW it is not considered an actual thing and instead is something that may have been made up to sell vitamins. I am skeptical of it.

Estrogen, testosterone, progesterone are made up of the same exact stuff so YES it is entirely possible to be high in E and T and the theory is that being high in both is a strong blue sway.

re libido, there are a lot of things that can affect libido for women and testosterone is just one of many.

I mentioned this in more depth on your other thread but I would add in fiber, lose weight, and eat more fiber rich veggies and that is the best thing for lowering estrogen anyway. I think you should wean off the fish oil, it sways strongly blue
