    I don't like nuts!

I don't like nuts of any kind so I'm looking for alternatives. I was thinking I would be able to sneak something like almond meal into certain foods. What do you think?

That is fine (adding nutmeal to foods.) The Larabars have nuts in them that are finely ground and didn't taste very nutty to me at all http://www.larabar.com/. You can also look for things like nut butter, or like TTC5 suggests, almond or oatmilk, that you might find more palatable but if you hate them, that's fine. You don't NEED to eat them. Instead, make sure to eat things like olive oil, avocado, sunflower/pumpkin seeds, coconuts and coconut oil, eat flax, and take flaxseed/EPO supps.

I hate milk too. Fussy much?! But I will try almond/oat milk in mashed potatoes at least. I'll check out those bars as well, don't know if we have them here in Oz.
