Herbs and spices for TTC girl?

What herbs and spices are approved to use in cooking when ttc girl? I'm guessing we must avoid anything with garlic or onion.

Well, there are no forbidden or magic foods, just foods to eat less of or avoid if possible. I, personally, could not function for 3 months without garlic or onions. Instead of twice a day (at least) I'm consuming them twice a week or so.

Cinnamon is good for lowering blood sugar, but using cinnamon as your only spice would get gross pretty fast.

I doubt that any herbs and spices in dietary amounts really have much of an effect. Most people try to avoid onion and garlic and I hold to that just because it is possible to do, but they are such ubiquitous foods around the world that I doubt they sway very strongly at all in dietary amounts.

Just for the sake of full disclosure, some other sway sites will tell ya to avoid ALL herbs and spices because they are "alkalinizing" but the acid alkaline diet doesn't actually work due to the fact that it's biologically impossible. Acid/Alkaline Theory of Disease Is Nonsense
