I'm wondering if any past or current Girl swayers have had weight loss surgery. I will be a little over 2 years out from the sleeve when we start TTC and I'm wondering how the LE diet effected you, if in any way. I'm currently barely getting 1,000 calories a day so I'm a little nervous about dropping that further. I take my vitamins every evening.
Any suggestions or advice would be very appreciated. TIA

I do know of a couple people who did with mixed results - mostly girls but at least one opposite that I am aware of. DO NOT drop any lower than what you are already eating after you have had weight loss surgery. The rules are different for you than for others.
This is NOT open for debate, I don't want anyone dropping lower than 1200 calories for any reason, and if you literally cannot eat more than 1000 calories due to the size of your tummy then eat the max that you are able to, even if it is not strict LE Diet. You should eat breakfast and not skip it, this will give a chance to get some more calories in there. I would continue your vitamins too!!!!!! Thank you :-) I am the lowest weight I've ever been in over 10 years, including both boy pregnancies. I will do all I physically and mentally can to TTC pink BUT I won't risk my health. If I'm meant to have a girl I will. If not then I already know how amazing boys are :-)
Sometimes I forget that my WLS does mean that I am different than others. I had my surgery to get a second chance at life but that does mean that sometimes I have to take a different approach. I was wondering if WLS did tend to sway pink. I know a few ladies who have had babies after, and its really 50/50 with gender.Aug 2008- Married high school sweetheart
