Not losing weight on LE diet??

Is there anyone else who isn't losing weight on the LE diet? I've been exercising 1 hour 5-6 days per week for 3 weeks now along with the diet and I have only lost a pound. I am eating between 1800-1900 calories per day. I usually lift weights and eat clean and hav no problem dropping the pounds, but it is not happening with lots of on the LE diet! Anyone else? I've got 3 weeks left until my attempt and I'm still 2lbs heavier than I was when I conceived my son. I do look like I've lost weight, even though the scale doesn't say so.

I'm not losing anything either. I'm doing the PCOS version and I lost a little at the start but put it back on and now can't lose a gram!! We had an attempt a week ago but I'm not real optimistic that even if I am pregnant that I'll get our pink bean due to the no weight loss.

I'm sure Atomic will have some advice though.

You can drop your calories lower. I hit a few plateaus on LE, so I get it. Maybe change it up? Like eat 1200 calories for 2 days and then 1800 for a day and back again? Sometimes that works for me.

You can safely drop down to 1500 cals for a few days and see what happens.

I am a personal trainer, my BMR is 1400 calories. If I am eating 1500 and burning 700, that puts my daily net calories at 800, which is starvation. Maybe I need to eat more rather than less.. I might increase my calories this week and see how I go.

It Could be the diet not the cal. I think you Could try the pcos version. The LE is lots of fast carbs, wich can let you bloodsugar lvl's stay high. If you don't get crashes in the bloodsugar on the LE. It Could be you do on the pcos diet.
    I wouldn't lower cals to 1200 yet. I would start with 1400-1500

Yeah I definitely think it's all the carbs. I used to eat 170g carbs, 50g fat and 130g protein, now my carb intake has doubled to 300g+ per day and my protein is around 45g. I will definitely check out the PCOS version, thanks!
