AF was due yesterday and I got a BFP 3 or 4 days ago. During the 2ww I had 4 night sweats, some pains in my boobs (and they have gotten slightly bigger), and maybe a moment where some smells hit me wrong. But now I just feel....normal, no symptoms really except more tired than usual at night.
I've had 4 losses in addition to my boys and I don't remember ever feeling almost no symptoms. I normally have some kind of cramping, even with my m/c's, and I don't feel anything. HPT was dark (only took 2 though).
Anyone have almost no symptoms around 4+ weeks and all was ok? Worried.

I think if you look at the November due date thread, you'll see a whole bunch of complaints like this early on. There were a few women all worried about their lack of symptoms who were regretting it when they were pukey at 6+ week, LOL! I'm usually cool (as in, completely symptomless) until 6 weeks or so, so I'm trying to enjoy my lack of nausea.

I know you saw my thread almost identical to yours so you know I'm worried too! Like you, with all my other pregnancies I have had some type of symptom but now NOTHING at all! I feel completely "not pregnant"! 😕 My DH thinks I'm mad wanting to feel sick or something! I'll have to look through that thread too.

I had zero symptoms with DS1 did not even feel pregnant I was so worried I did not enjoy the pregnancy, roll on DS2 exhausted, nausea, etc. Have an early ultrasound so you can see heartbeat etc that should help put your mind at rest good luck and enjoy xxxx

I've been pregnant six times...and only once, when I had the twins thati miscarried, did I have symptoms before 6 weeks.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Symptoms only just hit me at 9 weeks, I was nervous too... Do you have any not so obvious symptoms that you can reassure yourself with? For me it was crying, I NEVER cry but when pregnant I cry at anything. And my nails grow long and when I sneeze it pinches my ovary area... Silly I know but they were ways I was/am still able to realise that everything is still cooking along ok.
