Diet Coke Question

Hello there,
Quick question im on the LE Diet and was wondering am I allowed to sip my diet coke throughout the day (will that affect my blood sugar levels) or should I stick to meal times only??
Ive always been a big snacker and sipping the diet coke seems to keep my hunger and urge to snack away.

I think that as diet coke has 0 calories it probably has next to no effect or even no effect on your blood sugar. If this is what helps you get to the next meal, then you should do it as its better to do this than have snacks.
