I tried to do the exercise thing 2 months ago and failed.
How long do you need to incorporate it for it to have any impact? I've been couch potato....if I do it daily for a week would that do anything? Or is it something that has to have been going on for a long time? I know it would help with weight loss (I'm 252 pounds and don't exercise, so I'm sure it would help) and I've plateaued on the le diet doing 1400-1500 cals a day. I went down to 249 but gained a few back during the 2ww. I was 269 in Feb, so I've lost weight before starting le (only lost about 8 pounds on le)
I'm rambling.....would doing 60 mins of cardio for 7 days before o sway blue because it wasn't long enough to sway pink?
Thanks,
Angie

at your weight I would recommend moderate exercise if that's all you can do. the benefits to blood sugar and weight loss outweigh any possible risk of raising T levels.
also if you are not already doing one of the alternate diets, I strongly recommend you do so. you are going to have better results with an alternate diet for now.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I'd prefer to see you do 60 if you can, but more like 4 days a week. after about 45 min. your body stops burning carbs and starts burning stores of fat and muscle, and this may help sway pink.
Intense only means intense for YOU...you don't need to be playing the Rocky theme and trying to go b@lls to the wall, even just walking is going to get the job done.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I'll try the 60 minutes again. I'm about a week out from my attempt. It probably won't help this attempt, but if I don't get preggo again this month, I'll be set up to have a head start for next month. I just know I have NO time to start until Sunday....maybe tomorrow if thing aren't as hectic as scheduled.
Thanks again,
Angie

I agree, do an hour as often as you can, even if it is only once a week.
