Hi,
For all you girls who have taken the exercise route, I'm wondering what is your plan for the 2WW? Or for any girls who are currently pregnant, did ye exercise as hard during the 2WW as ye did in the run-up to O?
I'm afraid to go as hard as I did before O....am I being silly?
Thanks,
CK

I continue to exercise as normal during 2WW but then my physio and doctor both said before my last pregnancy that I could continue to do whatever exercise I wanted, at any point in the pregnancy as long as I felt comfortable. I personally believe exercise during 2WW is safe. I wouldnt use powerplates or start anything strenuous and new but thats about it.

it is fine to continue exercise in 2ww, if you want to cut back a bit that's up to you but I do not feel it is necessary to do so.

I knew I was pregnant last time by 3dpo..I had that gut feeling and I was right. I had stopped exercising ever day and only did it twice the whole 2ww. After I lost the pregnancy I wished I had never stopped. So this time I will still exercise during the 2ww just maybe every other day.

To exercise or not to exercise? That is the question.
