It seems like since my attempt at the beginning of this week I have been cheating more on the diet. So done with this diet right now. Went strong for 3 months and lost 30 pounds so I hope I do not lose my motivation now.

Ohh! I will trade you some pasta for some red meat and salt this holiday weekend. Thinking grilled meats and chips would be so delicious. I had a few handfuls of popcorn at a movie the other night when on a date with DH. Date night with DH seem to be my major downfall when it comes to the diet. Eat some meat and chips for me this weekend.

Oh I so know what you mean. I'm a serial dieter and this is the only thing which has made me be THIS good - I've lost almost 20lb (I weigh in tomorrow!) in the 5 weeks I've been doing it

I thought I'd cheat like crazy during the 2WW, but I've really surprised myself. I think there was one day where I was slightly above the nutritional guidelines for protein and sodium, but otherwise I've been ok. I've found ways to cheat without really cheating by incorporating more normal meals and lots of sweet treats into my repertoire (some examples were spinach and ricotta cannelloni, eggplant parmesan, etc.). I even discovered a real restaurant pizza I can eat within the low everything diet!

I have had a couple of pizzas too - mine was Mickey Mouse shaped
Have you checked the foods for babies/toddlers? They tend to be lower in sodium and have less fancy flavours added to them, which usually means they fit in better with the low everything diet. I eat some toddler crisps (chips) too!

You're in the U.S., right? Do you have East Side Mario's where you are? A small pizza with just cheese and sauce has 171mg of sodium and 5.4g of protein per slice. I was very conservative with all of my other meals that day and was able to eat my entire small pizza (4 slices) as well as once of ds's slices while still keeping within the nutritional limits of 700-1000mg of sodium and 40g of protein. I imagine most thin crust, vegetarian pizzas would be similarly suitable. On days like that I eat nothing but rice and fruit for the rest of the day so I can indulge at supper!
