I keep seeing OLE a lot. What is it? How does it help sway? What else can DH do? We are already planning on switching to tighty-whitey undies, and DH will start cycling 5 days a week and jogging.
Any other advice?

What can DH do?
Wondering the same thing myself. Especially since my dh is older & has some medical issues. Eg I've seen people mention licorice root or olive leaf extract (that's what OLE is) for dh, but I'm sure at least one of those shouldn't be taken with high blood pressure. And dh has secondary type 1 diabetes & his sugars are all over the place. I can't find if men should also be lowing blood sugar or if it doesn't matter.

I'm getting my DH to drink peppermint tea as he has high blood pressure so he defo can't have LR and believe but may be wrong he can't have OLE either. I can't drink peppermint tea as have a hernia in my diaphragm but I'm going to use saw palmetto most probably.

Olive leaf extract
No one really knows how or why it works. We had a doctor on here very briefly who was seeing good results with it for gender splits amongst ladies going HT, and she was going to publish a paper about it but then never ended up doing that or at least hasn't yet that I know of. Anyway, the HT ladies started using it and seemed to be getting decent results with it so I gradually started incorporating it into sways where the husband had, as the Brits say "dodgy sperm" for one reason or another. And we have gotten good results with it so far, altho a very small sample size and skewed by the "dodgy sperm" factor (dodgy sperm may make more girls and the apparent success of the OLE may be coincidental!)
I think the cycling is a great sway tactic and if cycling, I'd consider skipping the tighty whiteys. Since I know now from another thread he also has varicolcele I would NEVER recommend doing all the tactics for him (hot bath, tighty whiteys, cycling/jogging). Cycling/jogging will be more than adequate and may even be too effective and would have to be dropped. I would seriously think long and hard before giving him LR as well.!!! No LR for a guy in that circumstance. LR raises blood pressure and I never use it for any men much over 40 anyway and never with health issues. IT's our riskiest supp and I try very hard to limit its use.
OLE is ~PROBABLY~ ok for him but doublecheck with doctor if he's on any medication because obviously I'm not a doctor and it's just always best to get the info from the horse's mouth. I would not mention swaying because no doctor will know anything about that and will probably ridicule you.
Men don't need to lower their blood sugar. It is YOUR body that needs to carry a baby for 9 months, not his. It may even be that higher blood sugar for DH sways pink, because it can be harmful for sperm and everything that harms sperm, seems to sway pink. (no one should try to elevate their husband's blood sugar for swaying though!)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
